Who we are

This site, chazif.com, is operated by Chazif LLC ("Chazif", "we", "us"). Chazif is a performance marketing agency; the MarketingNex platform and its SearchNex and ContentNex modules are software built and used by Chazif. Questions about this policy go to info@chazif.com.

What we collect

  • Contact requests. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company website, your monthly search and social spend range, whether you asked for a strategy session or a measurement audit, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics and advertising tags. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add them, for example Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads tags, they will load only after you accept them in a cookie banner, and we will update this policy before they go live.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a strategy session or measurement audit.
  • To prepare for that conversation, for example by looking at your public website.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

Who else processes it

  • Namecheap hosts this site.
  • Our email provider receives the notification sent when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept according to our host's standard retention.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@chazif.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored outside the public web folder, and access is limited to Chazif.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
